The name Orphiq blends Orpheus, the mythical musician, with IQ, a commitment to intelligent, data-driven workflows. After years spent inside the largest rooms of the music industry—bouncing between fragmented spreadsheets, DMs, and endless email threads—we saw the toll it took on talent. We realized that artist development needed to be simplified, streamlined, and supported by a system that understands the unique rhythm of the music business.

Our CEO, Juan Camilo "JC" Sanchez, is a music tech leader with a proven track record of scaling global artist careers. Before launching Orphiq, Juan held senior roles at Sony Music, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Spotify. He has worked directly with global icons like Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, and Nicky Jam and helped propel artists like Camilo, Nicki Nicole, and HUMBE into superstar status by guiding them at the intersection of digital marketing, fan engagement, and platform data.
